DeMarre Carroll, Raptors' forward, out with knee contusion

Toronto Raptors' forward DeMarre Carroll is expected to miss an indefinite period of time with a right knee contusion the team announced Monday shortly before playing host to the Los Angeles Lakers at the Air Canada Centre
