Mavs' Nowitzki moves to 6th place on NBA's scoring list

Dirk Nowitzki's jumper with 9:53 left in the second quarter in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Wednesday night gave the veteran forward 28,597 for his career to move Nowitzki ahead of Shaquille O'Neal to sixth on the NBA's all-time scoring list.
