Field of Play: Pan Ams may set up Toronto Olympic bid

There is a tendency to undersell these Pan American Games. Some would write them off as a “B” event and thus not particularly significant in the grand scheme of things. Regardless, there is one thing these Games could lead to: a future Olympics.
