When Canadian cyclist Monique Sullivan competes at the Pan Am Games, she will wear a helmet with art designed and painted by Joel Jamieson, a teen who recently received a kidney transplant. It's part of the Helmets for Heroes program, which pairs elite athletes with youths suffering serious illnesses.
